The final in my painting class is going to be a self-portrait. Had to get into life drawing mode before I could make a semi-accurate depiction, so breaking out the charcoal and the  chamois got me back in the groove. Been doing more experimental work in that painting class; having fun, yes, but each project was an experiment and a new way to work with the medium. Going to really make this last project something good, so maybe I’ll post more updates as class goes on.
